Quick Start up                                            $110.00

(for new clients only)

Includes 1 fitness assessment and 2 Full Personal Training sessions or 4 express training sessions. Trainers will assess your fitness level, suggest reasonable goals and ways you can reach them plus answer any questions.  (Fitness assessment by itself is $25)

 

Full Personal Training Rates (50-60 minutes)

Group Training Rates (50-60 minutes)

8 sessions/2 people                                      $200 per person

All sessions must be prepaid at the time of scheduling. Payment is non-refundable. Cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance directly with the trainer or payment if forfeited. If cancellation is made 24 hours prior to schedule session time the training session can be rescheduled at no additional charge. Packages must be prepaid in full in advance.  Packages expire 6 months from the date of your first session.

 


Meet Our Trainers

 

 

Holly Orlando  has been certified as a personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise since 2005.  She then enhanced her skills and knowledge to become a certified yoga instructor and specialized in older adult fitness.  Holly works with others to keep them physically active through muscular strengthening, flexibility, increasing cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and building a well balanced body composition.  

 

Paul Pucciarelli Jr. I've had a passion for staying active and competing in sports my whole life. So, when the MAC opened in 2008, I was hooked. Now 14 years after falling in love with the process of optimizing my mind, body, and spirit through exercise, I’m here to help you reach YOUR goals! I am currently studying for my Bachelors of Exercise Science and am certified with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) as a personal trainer. I coach anyone, at any age, from those who train in sports performance/competitions to pre/postnatal mothers. I believe anyone can be an athlete, and you don’t have to be a professional to train like one!

 

Charlene Thompson is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer w/NFPT, National Federation of Professional Trainers, as well as Cooper Institute, for over 20 years.  She is also a Group Fitness Instructor w/AFAA, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, for 25 plus years.  She also holds a Certification w/MADD DOGG ATHLETICS as a Spinning Instructor for the last 15 plus years and a Real Ryder Coach for the past 5 years.  Charlene is also Certified as an Active Aging Coach with SCW, Sara's City Workout. My PASSION is to help others with their Health, Wellness and Fitness Goals!
